Ticket Resale & Transfer Policy

To protect guests from fraud and inflated resale prices, tickets for events sold through the Branson Show Tickets Direct website, venue box office, and BransonShowTicketsDirect.com are intended for use by the original purchaser and their party.

Authorized ways to buy

Tickets and vouchers are valid when purchased through:

  • The Branson Show Tickets Direct website or box office
  • BransonShowTicketsDirect.com
  • Approved partner ticket sellers authorized for that venue/show
  • Contracted group organizers/motorcoach providers

If you are working with a ticket seller and you’re not sure whether they are approved, please call the venue at (844) 849-3060 to verify before purchasing.

Resale marketplaces are not authorized

Tickets marketed or sold through third-party resale marketplaces (including, but not limited to, StubHub, Vivid Seats, SeatGeek, Craigslist, Facebook Marketplace, etc.) are not authorized for our events.

Transfer/resale may result in refused entry

When a ticket is resold, the person attending often does not have the original purchaser’s name or order details. The chances of duplication and fraud increase significantly. If the venue cannot verify the ticket presented against the original order record (for example, due to a purchaser-name mismatch or missing order information), entry may be refused.

We can’t support third-party resale purchases

If you purchased through a third-party marketplace, we cannot:

  • Validate the listing or seller’s claims
  • Change the purchaser name to match you
  • Replace tickets or reissue barcodes
  • Provide refunds or credits for that resale purchase

You must work directly with the marketplace/seller you purchased from.

Need to make changes? We can help

If you purchased through an authorized channel and can’t attend, contact the support number listed on your ticket/voucher or the venue box office as soon as possible. In many cases, we can:

  • Reschedule your tickets to a different date/time, or
  • Provide a refund or credit, when permitted by venue policy
